This Wellness Conference aims to provide its participants with the tools to enhance the awareness and experience of promoting the positive mental health of its participants in ultimately breaking the silence about emotional issues impacting the local community. The idea is to practice supportive conversations about critical life stages i.e. parenting, marriage, stressful entrepreneurial ventures and associated work-life-relationship dilemmas as a way to promote healthy communities.

The goal of this event is to provide a leadership-centric, evidence-based, lifestyle-focused, and culturally sensitive approach to improving the quality of life within a larger community.
